SMMC Birthing Suite Hosts Weekly Mom's Circle
SMMC’s Birthing Suite hosts a weekly Mom's Circle, facilitated
by Katherine O'Connor RN, IBCLC. This group allows
mothers to meet for support, play dates, friendship and FUN! The
group provides mothers with the opportunity to share ideas, vent
frustration and compare notes. In this group mothers share their
experiences to help other new moms and discuss the normal, and
not-so-normal, emotions during their postpartum journey. Mom's Circle is free and babies are always welcome. It meets every Friday from 10am to 12noon in the second

"The Mom's Circle has been such a blessing in my life. I love knowing that if I have a question or concern about anything mom-related, I can put it out there to a group of women who each has her own experiences and views on motherhood, parenting, and just being a woman! I can't count the number of times when the support I've received from this group has helped me in some way along my journey through motherhood. I look forward to Fridays for that connection and sense of community I feel the moment I walk through the door."
